In a world where everyone is trying to make a name for themselves, it’s refreshing to find a movie that is simply excellent at being funny. The Young Offenders is one such movie that has garnered massive popularity, not just in its native Ireland but across the globe.
The story revolves around two best friends Conor and Jock, who set out on an adventure to find a missing bale of cocaine worth millions of euros. What follows is an epic journey filled with humour, heartwarming moments and unexpected twists.
The characterisation in this movie is simply outstanding. The lead actors Alex Murphy (Conor) and Chris Walley (Jock) have done a brilliant job in bringing these lovable characters to life. Their realistic portrayals of working-class Irish teenagers are simply unbeatable.
